Thanks for sharing this post on a family tragedy. I recently came across some info describing a similar tragedy of fire and relative's death (an aunt and niece) and hope to find more details when I speak with some local cousins. On a different note....I think I found a brick wall cousin in the San Francisco area, and was amazed at all the online and area genealogical help -- I'll begin by sending for his death certificate soon.
